At Vaulta, we spend a lot of time with the people actually putting our systems into the field. Installers are often the first to spot what works, what doesn’t, and what needs to change. That feedback is invaluable, and we’re listening closely.

Here’s what we’ve been hearing consistently:

“I’ve used Vaulta batteries on several off-grid farm cabins. The support from Dominic and the team has been outstanding. I’ll be using their batteries in all my installations going forward.”

“The batteries are extremely robust and have excellent performance. I look forward to using them again and would recommend them for any project.”

“Vaulta Select stands apart because the team are engineers, not just suppliers. Their testing is more rigorous than anything else we install. Support has improved installs, reduced error rates, and lifted customer satisfaction.”

What We’re Leaning Into

This feedback tells us a few clear things:

  • Service matters. Installers aren’t just buying a battery. They’re looking for long-term support and a team that backs them when things get tricky. We’ve always aimed to be accessible and responsive, and we’re doubling down on that.

  • Testing and quality control count. The fact that installers are noticing the difference in product validation is encouraging. We’ll continue to treat testing as part of the product—not just a box to tick.

  • People want to work with engineers. The value of having direct access to our design team has come through loud and clear. We're maintaining that hands-on approach and resisting the temptation to hide behind layers of sales.

Vaulta has never been about selling volume for the sake of it. We’re building systems for long-term performance, with circularity built in from the start. But we also know that if the installer experience isn’t right, none of that matters.

So we’re staying close to the people who install our gear, because that’s where the most useful insights come from.

If you’re an installer and you’ve got thoughts, we’re listening.
